About the expert

Working in IT since the mid-1980s, I am a Microsoft certified systems engineer (since NT4) and a chartered IT professional. My expertise is in business infrastructure solutions, with a particular emphasis on CRM and business process improvement. I bring a deep knowledge of core IT systems together with database and company management, and take particular pleasure in providing a service that ensures that our clients can access their data from any location on any device.

I act as a virtual IT director for approximately 40 client companies and, as a result, have developed an in-depth understanding of many business challenges and how they can be addressed through first-rate IT.
