About the expert
IT trainer with a strong background in applications, software development and web development. I'm a keen photographer with a flickr account and I also run the digital arts blog Shared Creation. You can find me on twitter under @robdavies. I've got a great deal of expertise in making technology understandable. It's to do with being able to evaluate client needs and use appropriate techniques to help out. This links in closely to a love of user interface and usability. To me, keeping things simple, elegant and streamlined is very important. I want to see technology use become as quick and fluid as possible.
