Our support staff have accreditations in industry standard best practice frameworks that focus on aligning IT services with the needs of organisations. This includes ITIL, which is a formal set of recommendations from the UK Government and forms the basis of the ISO standard for IT service management.

In systems management, we have accreditations from market-leading software and systems providers including Microsoft and Cisco. These accreditations require both an understanding of technology solutions and their practical application to meet the needs of business.

Our development and consultancy staff have accreditations in PRINCE2, which is the de facto project management standard used by both public and private organisations. This requires knowledge and competence in managing projects and how best to ensure their success.

In web solutions, we have a broad range of skills and experience in design and development, online marketing, search engine optimisation and social media planning.
