Our primary focus is on complete IT systems support for small to mid size businesses. We offer a fully outsourced IT service suite which includes monitored hardware, servers & workstations along with remote & onsite support. The package includes preventative maintenance, both on and off site, coupled with our monitoring service this gives us an opportunity to capture issues prior to them becoming serious problems. We apply security patches and updates to operating systems and office products on a regular and on-going basis to ensure that application issues are avoided, often these are carried out overnight.

The Premium Maintenance included covers installation of all security patches and operating system updates. There are unlimited callouts in the event of hardware or operating system or MS Office issues – but if the machine is not rented then the replacement cost of hardware is not covered, but the support both remote & telephone support in addition to the onsite time is included along with much more.
The Premium Support contract offers the simple addition of Anti-Virus software and malware protection which is managed remotely by our systems, providing alerts straight to our offices if a virus attacks your system.
