Webinars - providers

Does anyone know of a really good provider for Webinars who both provides the technology and support in the event of a systems failure?

I do freelance work for Policy Review TV they do a lot of webcasting and other video work, meaning your event is captured in high quality format and can be edited for future use. www.policyreview.tv

They offer live questions and poll options and integration with
Twitter etc.

They work across the public and private sector.

Like I say I am not from the company but do a lot of work with them and they are a really good, reliable and friendly company to work with.
