SoHo Computer Doctors provides a wide range of IT support services seven days a week. We don't charge for call-outs and can troubleshoot and fix nearly all computer problems. If we can't, we waive our fee. We also provide an ongoing IT support service for home and small-business users.

IT support for business

All of our support services are available to businesses. Most small businesses do not require an IT specialist in their offices permanently, but having someone come in once or twice a month to check things over, answer any questions or do anything that may crop up can be very useful.

Our services to businesses also include:

• Networked printers

For a fixed monthly fee SoHo Computer Doctors can provide this level of IT support. This can also be provided remotely.

With our monthly IT support contract we shall continually provide suggestive advice on how you can get the most out of your current system and how it can be improved so that it is more stable and perform better.

Virus, spyware and adware removal service

We provide a comprehensive virus, spyware and adware removal service. Most security software can only detect one or two of these. Using a combination of tools, we can remove these threats and install software to prevent future problems.

Computer maintenance and computer repairs

We can fix 99 per cent of problems on site within three hours. We can help when:

• your computer freezes or crashes
• your computer is generally slow or takes a while to start up - a memory upgrade is a cheap, quick option.

We will also optimise your PC so that it runs at its fastest. While optimisation should happen monthly or quarterly, we also provide a one-off service.

Attaching gadgets to your computer

We can help you install an array of gadgets to your computer. These include iPods and MP3 players, digital cameras, mobile phones and PDAs, printers and Skype phones.
