We offer support to businesses of any size so if you do not have a dedicated IT Team we can manage your entire infrastructure or if you already have an in house IT Team we can offer project based support to cover skill set gaps in specialist areas.

Managed Support Contracts
By offering a fixed priced service we are able to offer unlimited remote support (via telephone or email), meaning you don’t have to worry about spiralling costs. As part of the contract we are also able to offer a full SLA (Service Level Agreement), proactive remote monitoring, monthly onsite visits and a number of key services. For flexibility we also offer our contracts on a rolling monthly basis.

Free Network Health Check
As part of our service we offer Free Network Health Checks to businesses, this includes a detailed report highlighting any problems with the existing IT configuration and recommendations for improvements.
